EzLift Command Privacy Policy

EzLift Command ("the app") is an internal reporting tool operated by Ez Furniture LLC (EzLift Bed). It is used only by the business owner and authorized EzLift staff.

Data the app accesses

• Google Ads (read-only): campaign performance metrics (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and conversion value) for Google Ads customer account 484-462-9384, accessed through its manager (MCC) account. The app does not create, modify or delete anything in Google Ads.
• Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising: read-only campaign performance metrics for EzLift's own ad accounts.
• Shopify: read-only order and product data for EzLift's own store, used for sales and revenue reporting.

How data is stored and protected

• Data is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database that is not publicly accessible.
• Access to the dashboard is restricted by Cloudflare Access to authorized EzLift staff.
• OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM); API credentials are kept as encrypted server-side secrets and are never shown in the app.

How data is used and shared

Data is used only to show EzLift its own advertising and sales performance. No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and none is used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

EzLift Command's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, email jack@ezliftbed.com; requests are handled promptly.
